Presentation by lead structural engineer Tim Bradford of Lewis Bradford Consulting Engineers. The site is the former Lake County Council Chambers, a Category 2 Historic building constructed in 1883 from unreinforced schist masonry. After suffering significant fire damage in 2023 the building has been carefully refurbished and seismically strengthened.
