Members from the Link Alliance Temporary Works team for City Rail Link C3 will present on how the Temporary Works were managed on this complex and demanding mega project. Topics covered will include how the TwfNZ good practice guidelines were adopted, engagement of sub-consultant designers, training of the wider team, tracking and implementation of temporary works packages and unique challenges, solutions and lessons learnt across different project areas.
