This master-planned development, consented through Covid Fasttrack, encompasses construction of four, 5 storey apartment towers, a communal plaza level providing access across the apartments and substantial living amenities and an 8000m2 basement level providing carparking, mobility parking and storage amenities for the development.
The event kicks off at the development site with a walkover in small groups around the development works encompassing good vantage points from the site entrance of the perimeter retaining, basement works, stormwater soakage system and foundation construction underway.
Please note: Hard hats, hi-vis vests and safety boots are required for this event by all those attending. Access for the walkover portion will only be granted to those that have PPE.

Greg Snook, Associate Engineering Geologist, CMEngNZ (PEngGeol) TCC Category 1 Geoprofessional - ENGEO - Greg will be presenting on the Geotechnical, Enviromental and Hydrogeological Assessments through consenting and the design and construction of perimeter and basement walls and temporary works.
Peter Moodie, Civil Engineer CMEngNZ, CPEng - Lysaght - Peter will be presenting on flood modelling, stormwater and civil servicing aspects.
Patrick Mohan, Structural Engineer CMEngNZ, CPEng - Enovate - Patrick will be presenting on structural design of the superstructure, basement and foundation interaction.
Jan Slovacek, Construction Manager - CLL Service & Solutions - Jan will be discussing the ground improvement design and construction including the use of X1 based non-aggregate rammed piers at this site
