Time management is a core business management skill which presents us with daily challenges. Organising your day so that you are as productive as possible isn’t easy because of the constant interruptions that occur in a normal working environment. Today, many people face the additional challenges of working from home.

During this session participants will differentiate between being busy and focusing on completing important activities and tasks.  Underpinning this webinar is the need for people move away from the traditional outdated “to do lists” and start prioritising and scheduling your day, week and month using proven business principles.

Participants will receive a personal action journal which contains tips and exercises that are explored during the series to supports their learning after they return to the office.
