Our professional development offering is designed with every engineer in mind – whether you’re just starting out, mid-career and wanting to upskill, or aiming to get Chartered.
The learning mix
Be successful in your career by gaining the right breadth and depth of continuing professional development (CPD). Completing a mix of learning activities each year that cover both business and technical skills will ensure you stay relevant and up to date. As part of your Engineering New Zealand membership, you also need to complete 40 hours of CPD per year. There’s a range of ways you can complete your learning – it’s not all about courses!
