Engineering New Zealand Honorary Fellow, Professor Peter John Hunter MNZM, of Auckland, has been made a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to medical science.
Peter Joseph Beck, of Auckland, has been made a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to the aerospace industry, business and education.
Robert David Jury DistFEngNZ CPEng, of Lower Hutt, has been made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to structural engineering and design.
Retired Fellow Dr William Howell Round, of Hamilton, has been made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to medical physics and biomedical engineering.
Barry James Britten Brown DistFEngNZ (Ret.) IntPE(NZ), of Auckland, has been made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to structural engineering.
